Eligibility

Access to and use of the ad77 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during continued use of the platform.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ad77 does not permit access to any person under the age of 21, and all registrations are subject to age verification. Attempting to register as an underage user constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.
• You must be registering and using the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and third-party account registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of ad77 or its affiliated entities.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with ad77 or any related platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

Account Registration

To access the full range of ad77 services, you are required to register a player account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the ad77 platform. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same contact details, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your official identification documents
• A valid and active email address that you own and control
• A valid Bangladesh mobile number
• Your date of birth (must confirm you are 21 or older)
• Your city and division of residence within Bangladesh

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ad77 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

ad77 may at any time require you to complete an identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) process. This may include submission of a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification, as well as proof of your registered payment method. Accounts that fail KYC verification will be restricted from withdrawals until the process is completed satisfactorily.

Deposits & Withdrawals

ad77 supports a range of payment methods tailored for players in Bangladesh. Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time at ad77's discretion.

Deposits: The minimum deposit at ad77 is ৳200. Deposits are processed instantly upon successful completion of the transaction on your chosen payment platform. ad77 does not charge any transaction fees on deposits from its side; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside ad77's control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed back to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within one (1) business day. ad77 aims to process verified withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets as efficiently as possible. Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is incomplete or if a withdrawal triggers a compliance review.

• Funds in your ad77 account may only be used for gambling purposes on the platform. They may not be transferred to other users.
• ad77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting source-of-funds documentation.
• Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements (see Section 4) and may not be withdrawn directly.
• If ad77 reasonably suspects that a transaction is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms & Conditions, the transaction will be suspended and the account may be frozen pending investigation.
• All transaction amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

Bonuses & Promotions

ad77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated clearly at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion terms for each offer.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified, eligible accounts only. One bonus per household, device, and IP address applies unless otherwise specified.

• Changes: ad77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to the rights of players who have already claimed and are actively using a bonus.

Seasonal promotions may be offered in connection with events relevant to the Bangladesh calendar, including BPL cricket season, Eid celebrations, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). All such promotions are governed by these general bonus terms plus any specific conditions stated in the individual offer.

Betting Rules

All sports betting and casino gaming activity conducted on the ad77 platform is subject to the following rules. By placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these rules in full.

Sports Betting: Bets are accepted and settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. Cricket betting — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — is governed by the cricket-specific rulebook published on the ad77 platform. In the event of ambiguity, ad77's interpretation of the applicable rules is final.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ad77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances (including real-money and bonus funds), and may result in legal action where applicable.

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent verification request

Intellectual Property

All content on the ad77 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, game assets, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of ad77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ad77 platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or republishing any platform content without express written consent from ad77
• Scraping, data-mining, or systematically extracting any data from the platform
• Creating derivative works based on platform content, design, or software
• Using the ad77 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised by ad77

Game content displayed on the platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Habanero, and is used under licence. Any unauthorised use of game content is a direct infringement of the relevant provider's rights.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Account Termination

Either party may terminate the player account relationship in accordance with the following provisions.

By You: You may close your account at any time by contacting ad77 support. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of all required checks. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

By ad77: ad77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where ad77 reasonably suspects or determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Your account has been used for fraudulent activity or money laundering
• You have provided false information at any stage of the registration or verification process
• You are not eligible to use the platform (e.g., underage, duplicate account)
• Continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to ad77
• You have violated any applicable law in connection with your use of the platform

Where an account is closed by ad77 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, ad77 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation and, where appropriate, to forfeit such balance in full.

Disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of the ad77 platform, you should first contact our customer support team. All dispute resolution requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] (plain text — not a link) within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted after this period may not be accepted.

ad77 will acknowledge receipt of your dispute within two (2) business days and will aim to provide a final resolution within fourteen (14) business days. Complex matters may require additional time; in such cases, you will be informed of the expected timeline.

During the dispute process, you agree to cooperate fully with ad77's investigation, including providing any documentation or information reasonably requested. The decision of ad77's complaints team is final in respect of disputes relating to platform rules and game outcomes, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.

Amendments

ad77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ad77 will notify registered players via the email address on their account and will publish the updated Terms & Conditions on the platform with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the ad77 platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the platform and close your account in accordance with Section 11 above.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. The version of the Terms & Conditions displayed on the platform at any given time is the version currently in force.
